Job Description:
DISCIPLESHIP PASTOR
*Senior staff level
*Would give supervision, direction, and inspiration to four other age group pastoral staff.
*Highly relational, energetic person who is passionate about seeing adults connect with the Word and become
disciple makers and life changers.
*Excellent communication skills.
* A team player-part of a team of 11
*A person under authority.
*Oversee 60 (and growing) adult small groups.

Salary/Benefits: commensurate with experience.
