Job Category Description - Executive Pastor:
The Executive Pastor is in charge of the day-to-day church operations. This position supervises the administration/office staff, financial staff and general management. The Executive Pastor is also responsible for overseeing the implementation of the church’s vision and assisting the Senior Pastor with the ministry of the church. The Executive Pastor keeps the Senior Pastor and the elders aware of any matters relating to the administration and operations of the church.
